<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator which is easily manufactured and which has excellent drive performance without generating an abnormal noise, a lens barrel and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A vibration actuator includes a vibrator for generating vibration, and a relative movement member which contacts with the vibrator under pressure and which moves relative to the vibrator by the vibration. One of a first contact surface of the vibrator relative to the relative movement member and a second contact surface of the relative movement member relative to the vibrator is formed of a resin film containing fluororesin so that elastic modulus becomes equal to or less than 5 Gpa, and the other of the first and second contact surfaces is formed of a chromium compound so that a kurtosis becomes 3.5-6.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
