<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat tube which is a flat tube for heat exchangers, which constitutes a heat exchanger by being joined to fins and constitutes the heat exchanger having high heat exchanging performance by securing contact with fins. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of internal flow passages 6 are provided in parallel and with a space in the width direction in the inside space of a peripheral wall 4 to constitute the outer circumference and undulation of the surface 7 of a long side part which forms the width direction of the peripheral wall 4 is made as ≤10 μm. An extrusion tube is subjected to extrusion so as to be small in the width direction and large in the height direction to the target cross-sectional shape and, after further making the dimension in the width direction smaller by correcting this extrusion tube with rollers in the width direction, the flat tube is manufactured by being molded so as to extend in the width direction while making the extrusion tube smaller in the height direction by correcting the extrusion tube with the rollers in the height direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
