<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily track an object when photographing moving images, and to record or reproduce moving images in an appropriate frame size corresponding to operation situations of a specific object from the moving images projecting a wider range. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor 300 includes: a tracking area setting part 310 for setting a tracking area in an input moving image obtained by imaging an object; a subordinate feature point setting part 314 for detecting a feature point subordinate to the tracking area and setting the detected feature point as a subordinate feature point; a motion detection part 318 for detecting a motion within the input image of the subordinate feature point with the lapse of time; and a segmentation range setting part 320 for setting a segmentation range when segmenting a partial image including the tracking area from the input image and performing recording or display or both, for which the size and position of the segmentation range are set on the basis of a detection result of the motion by the motion detection part 318. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
