<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling unit achieving good cooling efficiency in a cooling mechanism which cools components by circulating a refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling unit includes: a tank having an inflow port and a discharge port of a refrigerant; first and second heat radiators contacting with the tank and having passages; an inflow chamber defined in the tank and sending the refrigerant flowed from the inflow port to the first heat radiator; and a discharge chamber defined in the tank and discharging the refrigerant cooled in the second heat radiator to the discharge port; and an accumulation chamber disposed between the inflow chamber and the discharge chamber in the tank and accumulating bubbles occurring in the refrigerant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
