<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator capable of securing air tightness between a discharge needle unit and a main body part without reference to coaxiality between the discharge needle unit and main body part when a plurality of discharge needles are attached together to the main body part. <P>SOLUTION: When a holding mechanism changes from a non-holding state to a holding state while a discharge needle unit 13 is mounted on a main body part 12, a gasket 27 sandwiched between the main body part 12 and a base 21 of the discharge needle unit 13 is compressed in an insertion direction of the discharge needle unit 13. Consequently, an opening end of each insertion hole 31 on the opposite side from the insertion direction of the discharge needle unit 13 is sealed. Thus, the gasket 27 which is compressed in the insertion direction of the discharge needle unit 13 is employed as a sealing device for respective insertion holes 31 of the main body part 12, so that deviation in coaxiality between each discharge needle 23 (or a holding part 22) and each insertion hole does not affect a sealing state large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
