<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress output deterioration with respect to the case of using a laminate core having a conventional magnetic steel plate laminated thereon even when a dust core is used as a stator core in a radial gap type motor. <P>SOLUTION: In a core 31 of a stator 3, a salient pole 311 formed only at the same thickness (height) in a conventional laminate core is made of the dust core, thereby achieving three-dimensional molding. A winding target part 3111 subjected to winding of a coil 32 is formed thicker in terms of thickness (height) in a direction of a rotational axis 21 than a front end portion 313 opposed to a permanent magnet 23 of a rotor 2. Therefore, a magnetic flux generated by a magnetic field of the coil 32 in the winding target part 3111 can be increased, and the increased magnetic flux can be guided to the front end portion 313 of the salient pole 311. This improves output of a motor, thereby suppressing output deterioration even when using a core material less expensive than the laminate core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
