<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled copper foil having high softening temperature, excellent heat resistance, high gloss surface although having inconspicuous fine cracks and stripes, and excellent surface uniformity caused by reduction in unevenness other than an oil pit, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The rolled copper foil contains 20 ppm or less of S, has a surface glossiness Gs (60°) (in accordance with JIS Z8741) of higher than 600 in the direction parallel to a rolling direction, and has a half-softening temperature of 120°C or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
