摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium allowing an interface of a recording layer to be deformed to record information, in which recording and reproducing light can be delivered and returned to and from the deep recording layer and a good S/N ratio is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: An optical information recording medium 10 includes a first intermediate layer 15A and a second intermediate layer 15B, each of which has a different refractive index, interposed between adjacent recording layers 14. The first intermediate layer 15A and the second intermediate layer 15B are alternately disposed. A difference between a refractive index n<SB POS="POST">0</SB>of the recording layer 14 and a refractive index n<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of the second intermediate layer 15B is 0.01 or less. A thickness d of the first intermediate layer 15A satisfies the following equation: where &lambda; represents a wavelength of reading light emitted during reproduction, n<SB POS="POST">0</SB>&ap;n<SB POS="POST">2</SB>=n, and n<SB POS="POST">1</SB>represents a refractive index of the first intermediate layer 15A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
