<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical and method for preventing and treating infection of flounder rhabdovirus (HIRRV), a device and a method for eliminating HIRRV, and a method and a kit for simply detecting HIRRV with high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: This HIRRV connectivity aptamer is coupled to polypeptide exhibited by HIRRV and/or the virus, and has activity for restraining HIRRV infection activity as a host.
