<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell in which resistance loss of current collection is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: First and second semiconductor layers 12n and 13p each have a plurality of linear parts. The number of linear parts of the first semiconductor layer 12n is smaller than the number of linear parts of the second semiconductor layer 13p.
