<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin frame material and fitting excellent in fire-proof property and thermal insulation performance, and to provide a method of manufacturing the resin frame material. <P>SOLUTION: A lower frame (20) as the resin frame material is formed by extruding a molding material in which reinforced fiber is dispersed in a vinyl chloride resin. The reinforced fiber has a non-circular shaped cross-section in the diameter direction and the length direction is oriented along the extrusion direction of the molding material. In the lower frame (20), the reinforced fiber is a glass fiber (60), the ratio by mass of the vinyl chloride resin to the glass fiber (60) ((vinyl chloride resin)/(glass fiber (60))) is ≥2.3 and ≤19, preferably. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
