<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform lighting control so that even when a person changes his or her standing position on a floor brought under the lighting control, lighting illuminance does not change as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of human detection sensors 13 are arranged so that human detection ranges of the adjacent human detection sensors 13 overlap with each other. A luminaire 14 corresponds to at least one of the human detection sensors 13 and irradiates a range in which the corresponding human detection sensor 13 senses a person with light. A plurality of luminaires 14 are arranged so that ranges of light irradiation of the adjacent luminaires 14 overlap with each other.
