<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio recording/reproducing apparatus which achieves ease of use for monitor confirmation during recording operation, and optimization of recording quality of a target recording such as sound. <P>SOLUTION: The audio recording/reproducing apparatus includes: an audio input section 21 for converting an audio input during recording operation to an electrical audio signal; an amplification section 22 for amplifying the audio signal; a quantization section 23 for converting the amplified audio signal to quantized data; a howling detection section 33 for detecting the presence or absence of howling of the quantized data; a coding section 34 for converting the quantized data to coded data; a storage section 15 for storing the coded data; a quantized data processing section 32 for performing howling suppression processing when the howling detection section 33 detects occurrence of howling in the quantized data; an inverse quantization section 41 for converting the quantized data after being subjected to the howling suppression processing to an audio signal for a recording monitor; an amplification section 42 for amplifying the audio signal for the recording monitor; and an audio output section 43 for converting the audio signal for the recording monitor to sound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
