<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that suppresses the occurrence of image density unevenness during image formation caused by history of the previous image after repeated use. <P>SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor 10 includes: a conductive support 4; an undercoat layer 1 that is disposed on the conductive support, and contains a binder resin, metal oxide particles, and an electron acceptance material; and a photosensitive layer 6 that is disposed on the undercoat layer.
