<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross roller finite linear motion guide unit in which warp or bend of a holding plate for holding roller between raceway bases in a longitudinal direction is reduced, arrangement pitches between rollers are made narrow by providing a roller holding means in the window hole of the holding plate, and the number of rollers at a predetermined length is increased. <P>SOLUTION: In a holding plate 4, a holder 6 for fitting and inserting a pinion 7 is formed of a synthetic resin in an integrated structure. In the holding plate 4, the axial centers of rollers 9 are perpendicular to a longitudinal direction, and a window hole 18 to which the roller 9 is inserted while being tilted by 45° with respect to a principal surface 17, is formed. In the part of the window wall surface 27 of the window hole 18 facing the end surface 25 of the roller 9, a holding part 31 is formed to cover the part of the end surface 25 of the roller 9. At side ends of both sides of the holding plate 4, flanges 23 are formed to extend along the longitudinal direction and project from the principal surface 17 to reduce the warp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
