<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely determine an error in communications. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an HV-ECU comprising: a retransmission control module configured to prohibit, when the number of transmission errors detected in one of a plurality of communication periods or a duration time of the transmission error exceeds a transmission stop determination threshold value, a transmission process in the communication period; and a transmission stopping module configured to perform detection of the number of transmission errors detected in a plurality of communication periods or a duration time of the transmission error by excluding a period in which the transmission process is prohibited by the retransmission control module, and to determine that an error occurs in communications when the number of transmission errors detected or the duration time of the transmission error exceeds an error determination threshold value higher than the transmission stop determination threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
