LOWER SURFACE PLATE FOR AIR SPRING, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND AIR SPRING FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower surface plate to be used for an air spring having excellent durability, the lower surface plate improving wear of a flexible member due to sliding with a rubber seat, and to provide a method for manufacturing the plate and an air spring with improved durability.

SOLUTION: The lower surface plate 20a of the air spring for a vehicle supports a lower face of a substantially doughnut-shaped flexible member having an open inner diameter part, and the plate 20a includes a lower face annular support 35 and a rubber seat formed and adhered on the lower face annular support 35. The rubber seat is composed of a non-lubricating rubber part 33 and a lubricating rubber part 31 that at least partially contains polytetrafluoroethylene. The lubricating rubber part 31 is preferably formed to include a part K where sliding with the flexible member is severe.
