<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform readout operation always stably. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device which performs readout control over a semiconductor memory outputting a parallel data signal and a strobe signal synchronously with each other includes: a first phase control circuit which delays the strobe signal by a variable delay time; a second phase control circuit which delays the strobe signal delayed by the first phase control circuit by a variable delay time; a first holding circuit which holds the parallel data signal at edges of the strobe signal delayed by the first phase control circuit; a second holding circuit which holds the parallel data signal at edges of the strobe signal delayed by the second phase control circuit; and a control circuit which adjusts the delay time of the first phase control circuit so that the second holding circuit performs the holding operation at a signal change point of the parallel data signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
