<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an industrially suitable zirconium amide compound by which the zirconium amide compound can be produced in high yield and high selectivity by using a zirconium halide as a starting material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the zirconium amide compound includes mixing the zirconium halide with a dialkylamine, and reacting the mixture, cyclopentadiene which may have a substituent, and an alkyl alkali metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
