<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying in and out device for simplifying a structure of the device, by reducing the number of part items, and simplifying installation work. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet carrying in and out device includes a sheet carrying in and out roller 620, a roller driving part for driving the sheet carrying in and out roller 620, a first movable member for moving in a position by interlocking with an attitude changing operation between a deploying attitude and a folding-up attitude in a sheet receiving member 610, an attitude detecting sensor 640 for detecting an attitude of the sheet receiving member 610 based on the movement of the position of the first movable member, a second movable member 660 for moving by being pressed by a sheet received by the sheet receiving member 610, an overflow detecting sensor 670 for detecting whether or not the sheet is received to the sheet receiving member 610 based on the movement of a position of the second movable member 660, and a roller driving control part for controlling a roller driving part.
