<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade cover of a cutter for concrete or the like which suitably reduces not only cutting noises produced when cutting road surfaces but also high register noises produced when the blade runs idle. <P>SOLUTION: The blade cover 1 of a cutter for concrete or the like is characterized in that sheet-like damping and sound absorbing materials 6 and 6 obtained by piling up a damping material 7 which is formed of a rubber or another resin material in the form of a sheet or a plate and the sound absorbing material 8 which is composed of porous material are attached on the inner wall surfaces of side plates 2 and 3, with the damping material 7 on the sides of the side plates 2 and 3 of the blade cover 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
