<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a substrate and a connector capable of reducing costs while improving a degree of freedom when a mounting component and a conductor are laid out on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: Substrates 1A, 1B are parallely aligned to be overlaid on each other at a predetermined interval in a parallel direction orthogonal to a plane direction of the substrates 1A, 1B. A female connector 20 connectable with a male connector 40 having two female terminals 41a, 41b is mounted on the substrate 1A. The female connector 20 has two male terminals 21a, 21b connectable with the male connector 40, and a housing 22 commonly housing ends of the male terminals 21a, 21b. The male terminals 21a, 21b have different lengths and extend in the parallel direction, and the other ends of the male terminals are independently connected to the corresponding substrates 1A, 1b.
