<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure slidability of a plunger 6 by absorbing relative axis deviation from a stator core 11 which is caused by an engagement gap, assembly deformation, etc., of a component of a stator core 12. <P>SOLUTION: A stator core 12 is provided with a convex spherical projection part 51 coaxial with a center axis CL. The spherical projection part 51 is formed of a part of a spherical surface centering on a center point O of curvature positioned on the center axis CL and having a radius (r) of curvature. A yoke 13 is provided with a concave spherical recessed part 52 coaxial with the center line CL. The spherical recessed part 52 is formed of a part of a spherical surface centering on the same center point O of curvature with the spherical projection part 51 and having substantially the same radius (r) of curvature with the spherical projection part 51. Further, a wave washer 14 which energizes the spherical projection part 51 and spherical recessed part 52 in a contacting direction through a bobbin 8 so as to keep the spherical projection part 51 and spherical recessed part 52 in close contact with each other even if the stator core 12 and yoke 13 deviate in relative angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
