PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden junction comparable to a rigid joint, which solves the problem of easy splitting of wood along fiber due to slide at the junction of a wooden structural skeleton.
SOLUTION: A wooden junction comparable to a rigid joint is achieved, allowing fiber to extend continuously at the junction as in a branch of a standing tree. Specifically, a portion of wood is cut out for use, corresponding to the shape of the junction. Consequently, the wooden crossed part for a wooden structural skeleton is formed of an integral body having the continuous wood fiber of the same nature. The crossed part without a junction constitutes a single plate crossed component largely having an L-shaped, a T-shaped, or a cross shaped. Since the crossed parts of a wooden structural skeleton mostly have these shapes, the crossed woods having these shapes are joined with columns or beams to complete a wooden structural skeleton. The single plate crossed component may be manufactured by cutting out raw material wood of various kinds, in particular, processed wood such as plywood, laminated veneers, or laminated lumber.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
