<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die structure by means of which a multilayer resin molded article (two-color molded article) having a shape of a radiused part or the like at the terminal part of a second resin molded member, can be molded so as to have excellent appearance. <P>SOLUTION: In a die device 101 for molding a console lid outer 7 formed by integrally molding a pad 13 on a base material 11, on the end part outer side of a core die 103 and a first cavity C1 of a first cavity die 105, a parting surface is constituted of : sealing surface parts 111a and 111b which are contacted with each other so as to be movable in a die discharge direction in a die closing state; and abutting surface parts 113a and 113b which spread to the outer side of the first cavity C1 crossing the die discharge direction from the ends of the seal surface parts 111a and 111b and are abutted on each other in the die closing state. At the abutting surface part 113a of the core die 103, a recessed shape part 115 corresponding to the terminal part of the pad 13 is recessed so as to be continuous with the seal surface part 111a. A die molding surface 107a of a second cavity die 107 is continuous with the outer side edge 115a of the recessed shape part 115 of the core die 103 in the die closing state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
