<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a sink on a surface which requires precision. <P>SOLUTION: The injection molding device includes: a cavity which is formed in a long shape by clamping a first mold and a second mold, and includes a part where a ratio of a dimension A and a dimension B changes continuously so that a part, where the ratio is 1, is generated in an intermediate part in a longitudinal direction, wherein the ratio is between the dimension A of a pair of first surfaces opposite to each other along a mold opening direction on a cross sectional surface orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and the dimension B of the pair of second surfaces opposite to each other along an orthogonal direction to the mold opening direction; and a first temperature control circuit which is arranged on the first mold and the second mold and adjusts a temperature in a range where the dimension B of the second surface is larger than the dimension A of the first surface, so that the temperature of the pair of the first surfaces is higher than that of the pair of the second surfaces. Thereby, when the precision is required more for the second surface than the first surface, the sink on the second surface can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
