PURPOSE: A display device integrated with a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to pattern a bridge and a second insulating layer by the same mask during the same process, thereby reducing the number of masks. CONSTITUTION: A second sensor electrode pattern unit(166) includes second sensor electrodes(160,164) and a connection unit(162). A plurality of second sensor electrodes are formed on a display panel in a second direction which crosses a first direction. The connection unit connects the adjacent second sensor electrodes. The connection unit is formed on the same layer as the second sensor electrodes.
