摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Producing a hemocompatible material having a synthetic, resistant and waterproof substrate, and an animal tissue, chemically fixed to avoid immunological reactions, comprises drying the tissue, adhering the tissue on the substrate using a dispersion of the constituent material of the substrate in a solvent of material, and eliminating the solvent, where the dehydration is obtained only by chemical immersion of the animal biological tissue in a bath constituted of polyethylene glycol solution of at least 80 wt.%. #CMT# : #/CMT# Producing a hemocompatible material comprising a synthetic, resistant and waterproof substrate, and an animal tissue, chemically fixed to avoid immunological reactions, comprises drying the animal tissue, adhering the dried animal tissue on the synthetic substrate using a dispersion of the constituent material of the synthetic substrate in a solvent of material so that the constituent material impregnates the animal tissue, and eliminating the solvent, where the dehydration is obtained only by chemical immersion of the animal biological tissue in a bath constituted of polyethylene glycol solution of at least 80 wt.%. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The process is useful for the preparation of the hemocompatible material. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The process provides material with good hemocompatibility. The material: has good chemical, biological and physical stability, preferably resistance to temperature and mechanical stress; and is non toxic. #CMT#BIOLOGY : #/CMT# Preferred Process: The duration of the immersion of the animal tissue in the bath is 24 hours. The bath has a temperature at least equal to the room temperature and is stirred to obtain immersion of the animal tissue. The excess of the polyethylene glycol solution impregnating the animal tissue after immersion in the bath is sealed before adhering to the animal tissue on synthetic substrate. In the process, after immersion in the bath and before adhering on the synthetic substrate, the animal tissue is dried for several hours at a temperature of at least equal to at room temperature. The process comprises, after immersion in the bath and before adhering on the synthetic substrate, applying, on the face of the animal tissue directed towards the synthetic substrate, a volatile solvent for degreasing and drying. The process comprises rehydrating the hemocompatible material immediately after the elimination of the determination of the solvent from the dispersion of the material constituent of the synthetic substrate; and rehydrating hemocompatible material after the elimination of the solvent of the dispersion of the material constituent of the synthetic substrate. The process comprises, after elimination of the solvent the dispersion of the synthetic substrate material, preserving the hemocompatible material in the dehydrated state and rehydrating immediately before use; and after removal of the solvent the dispersion of the synthetic substrate material, preserving the hemocompatible material in polyethylene glycol solution and rehydrating immediately before use. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The bath is: an aqueous solution comprising at least 90 wt.% of polyethylene glycol; an aqueous solution comprising at least 80 wt.% of polyethylene glycol and 10 wt.% of alcohol. The polyethylene glycol of the solution has a molar mass of 100-800. The solvent for degreasing and drying is acetone and ether.</p>
