External explosive charge has high detonation velocity D1, and internal explosive charge has lower detonation velocity D2. Charge hollow is made on edge of internal explosive charge. External charge is made in the form of thin conical layer at the top of which initiation system is installed with span angle . Additional cylindrical explosive charge with detonation velocity D3 is installed on surface of external charge.
