FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for treatment of gastroschisis. End with opening of hollow covering from elastic synthetic material is sewn to skin edge of abdominal wall defect, the end with opening is provided on perimetre with closing loop, by means of said loop end of covering is sewn to skin edge of anterior abdominal wall defect. Step-by-step submerging of eventrated organs is performed with reduction of cavity of covering through closed end of hollow covering, with simultaneous step-by-step reduction of defect size, reducing closing loop on skin edge of defect. When all eventrated organs are submerged into abdominal cavity covering is removed and defect is closed. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of infection and commissure development, reduce probability of carrying out additional skin-plastic operation with application of transplant. ^ 3 cl, 3 ex |
