FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elevators, particularly, to elevator safety devices. Proposed method consists in deceleration of every elevator cabin by stop brake in decreasing critical distances between cabins. Activated stop brake actuates emergent stop system. Control system defines instantaneous cabin travel states while cabin bakes decelerate one or two cabins. Elevator with, at least, one top and one bottom cabins displacing vertically independently are provided with drive and brake systems, anti-collision system, control system and emergent stop system to be activated on actuating brakes. ^ EFFECT: higher safety. ^ 9 cl, 4 dwg |
