FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: destination basic radio station of token passing is arranged as capable of setting a data transfer tunnel to send user plane data to the destination basic radio station of token passing only for that access channel, for which there is user plane data to be sent, when receiving a message from the source basic radio station of token passing on availability or unavailability of user plane data for each access channel to be sent, besides, the specified message is carried out using a message of token passing request for a mobile station and an access channel set between the source basic radio station of token passing and an upper level unit.
