FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed device comprises frame with lengthwise rails and body mounts including thrust assembly fitted on the frame. One of said thrust assemblies is made up of swiveling support assembly. The latter comprises pad fitted on the frame, horizontal near lever with its rear end fitted on said pad to rotate about vertical axis and horizontal far lever with its rear end displaces at near lever front end. Far lever front free end serves to retain vehicle body. Said swiveling support assembly comprises near lever locks and far lever retainers.
