FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mouthpiece-like component connected to the tobacco product. The component may be designed so that to enable alignment to the inserted end of the tobacco product so that smoke passes through the said component during smoking. The component contains a porous material made of cellulose and is impregnated with a water solution containing at least one aldehyde-binding compound with formation of an aldehyde-binding filter. The compound is chosen from cysteine, its derivates and their salts. In the said component attached to the tobacco product the material moisture content is equal to 0.1 - 10 mcl/mg of the filter material. ^ EFFECT: production of a component that may be attached to the tobacco product and that is able to remove a significant part of aldehydes from the tobacco smoke. ^ 12 cl, 9 dwg, 1 ex |
