FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: plant for obtaining the pulp using explosive method includes in-series connected loading device with mixer, high pressure reactor with parallel installed steam generator, discharge valve, unloading pipeline and receiving tank. Lower part of reactor is equipped with filtering head piece and nozzle for water drainage; cylindrical tank with perforated side surface is installed in inner cavity of the reactor. Two stationary crushers made in the form of head pieces of variable flow section are installed in series in inner cavity of unloading pipeline. Cyclone is installed between unloading pipeline and receiving tank; discharge pipeline of cyclone is interconnected with loading device. Cyclone is equipped with abrasive jacket installed on inner lateral surface and with additional extracting agent supply nozzle tangentially located above the cyclone inlet level and installed in counter-flow mode. Receiving tank is equipped with mixer, extracting agent supply nozzles, filtering head piece, and drain nozzle interconnected through centrifugal pump to extracting agent supply nozzle of the cyclone. ^ EFFECT: obtaining high-quality product and reducing power consumption for the pulp obtaining process. ^ 3 dwg |
