FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for measurement of irregularities of elastic-plastic plate materials includes base, basing element installed with possibility of being rotated about its axis, which is made in the form of body with spherical surface, assembly pressing the controlled material to basing element, which is provided with possibility of being moved and fixed in plane of perpendicular rotation axis of basing element, and cutoff assembly. Basing element consists of two parts: lower part located on the shaft and turning table with dial of turning angle, and upper part with spherical surface, which together with pressing assembly of investigated material and turning table represents single structure provided with possibility of being turned in plane of perpendicular axis of basing element. ^ EFFECT: device allows determining irregularities of surface of low-modulus elastic-plastic plate materials in deformed state at any angle, shortening the time of determination of desired parameters; device provides the possibility of investigating the latent defects of anisotropic artificial materials, which depend on direction and appear in deformed state. ^ 1 dwg |
