PURPOSE: An opening cover and a fixing method thereof are provided to securely fix a cover using a fixing member with a second ratchet gear connected to a first ratchet gear of a coupling member. CONSTITUTION: An opening cover comprises a cover(1), a coupling member(30), and a fixing member(40). The cover is installed in an opening and has holes(1a). The coupling member is coupled to the holes of the cover and is composed of a latching portion(10) and a fixing bolt(30). The fixing bolt is extended rearward from the latching portion and has a first ratchet gear(21). The fixing member has an insertion hole(42) and a second ratchet gear(41). The fixing bolt of the coupling member is inserted into the insertion hole. The second ratchet gear corresponds to the first ratchet gear.
