PURPOSE: An insulation material for construction and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity, and to reinforce compression strength and dimensional stability. CONSTITUTION: An insulation material for construction(1000) comprises a base material layer(100), a surface layer(200), and an adhesive layer(300). The base material layer comprises a first base material layer(10) and a second base material layer(20). The first base material layer comprises low density polyurethane foam(11) or low density expanded polystyrene foam. The second base material layer is laminated on the first base material layer. The second base material layer comprises high density polyurethane foam(21) and high density expanded polystyrene foam. The surface layer is laminated on the second base material layer, and comprises a glass fiber sheet(210). The glass fiber sheet is made by coating a PET resin(212) or a PP resin(211) on a glass fiber. The adhesive layer comprises adhesive or an adhesive sheet, and spread on the second base material layer or the surface layer.
