<p>The power plant has a working basin (BT), a loading basin (BR) and an overflow basin (BD) comprising walls that are provided with orifices for allowing passage of water. A thrust caisson is arranged in the working basin to recover power to drive a rotating axle by cables during ascending and descending of the caisson, to produce electricity, by being subjected to Archimedes thrust. The orifices have solenoid valves that are remotely controlled by a machine room (STM) to regulate filling and emptying the basins. The thrust caisson is used as a power motor.</p> |
