PURPOSE: A dilution method of bubble block and agricultural chemicals is provided to slowly elute a foaming agent by including a foaming agent inside a solid carrier and to remove foams in mixing and diluting processes. CONSTITUTION: A bubble block includes a solid carrier and a foaming agent inside the solid carrier. The solid carrier includes organic metal salt. The solid carrier includes metal salt of organic acid, starch or cellulose. The solid carrier has pillar shape, polyhedrally shape or sphere shape. The diameter, height(H), width or length of the solid carrier is 1-50 centi meters. The bubble block includes the metallic ion coagulant inside the solid carrier. The metallic ion coagulant includes phosphate or carbonate. A diluting method for agricultural chemical comprises the following steps: contacting water with bubble block; and adding the agricultural chemical to water. The solid carrier comprises saturated and unsaturated fatty acid, torr oil fatty acid, and metal salt of resin acid or naphthenic acid.
