PURPOSE: A smart TV control system and an operating method thereof are provided to transmit menu and new information for controlling a smart TV to a mobile device, thereby easily selecting a menu by using a touch pad or a cursor. CONSTITUTION: An input signal processing unit(110) processes a smart TV control signal of an input unit(111). A signal transceiving unit(120) transmits the smart TV control signal to a smart TV(200). A receiving signal processing unit(130) displays a received TV signal on a screen. A TV information processing unit(210) processes the TV signal. A TV signal transceiving unit(220) receives the smart TV control signal and transmits the TV signal. A TV signal processing unit(230) processes the smart TV control signal. |
