PURPOSE: A pixel, a pixel array, an image sensor including the same, and a driving method thereof including a switching device are provided to freely control a gate voltage of a switching device and to maintain high fill factor without additional memory block for image synthesis. CONSTITUTION: An FD(Floating Diffusion) accumulates an electric charge converted from a PD(Photodiode). A DX(Drive Transistor) outputs an electric potential of the capacitor. An RX(Reset Transistor) resets the electric potential of the capacitor. A PDCX(Photodiode control transistor) removes the electric charge converted from the PD.
