PURPOSE: A heat ventilating heater and a humidifier-fan are provided to enhance heating efficiency by a ventilation heating method transmitting heat to a front side and to assist air circulation by radiating the heat through left and right side rotation, thereby reducing time required for heating. CONSTITUTION: A heat ventilating heater and a humidifier-fan comprises a rear heat reflector, a blowing blade, and a blower heating plate. The rear heat reflector is opened and closed so that a fan and heater are converted. The blowing blade is manufactured as a heating reflective plate. The blowing blade rotates at a low speed, thereby transmitting the heat energy of a heating coil to a front side. Water is pumped up by the rotation of the blower heating plate, thereby being used for a humidifier.
