PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce process time by easily separating a bottom adhesion layer from a thin film encapsulation layer. CONSTITUTION: A pixel laminating film comprises an organic light-emitting layer(210), a thin film encapsulation layer(220), and a pixel adhesion layer(10q). The organic light-emitting layer is formed on a substrate. The substrate comprises a pixel region and a peripheral area. The thin film encapsulation layer covers the organic light-emitting layer. The pixel adhesion layer covers the thin film encapsulation layer corresponding to the pixel region. A pixel laminating film is formed on the pixel region. The pixel laminating film comprises a plurality of pixel adhesion layers(11q,12q,13q).
