ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce fabrication time by enhancing flatness while reducing the thickness of a sealing substrate. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A sealing substrate(40) seals hermetically the display unit. A composite member comprises a resin base layer and plurality of carbon fibers. A conductive unit is formed at the interior and exterior of the composite member. The conductive unit is comprised of a double structure of metal foil and a plating layer. The metal foil comprises first metal foil and second foil. An insulating sheet covers the conductive unit at the exterior of the composite member. The composite member forms a plurality of penetration holes.
