PURPOSE: A pepper classifier is provided to control work speed according to the work ability of workers and the number of the workers. CONSTITUTION: A first step conveyor belt is installed at the bottom of a hopper(400). A second step conveyor belt is installed at the bottom of the one-step conveyor belt. A third step conveyor belt is installed at the bottom of the two-step conveyor belt. An air blower(500) is installed on the third step conveyor belt. A mesh(450) is installed between the second step conveyor belt and the third-step conveyor belt. Faulty peppers are dropped to holes of the mesh using the wind of the air blower. |
