PURPOSE: A system and a method for prevention of an originating number change are provided to compare an originating number extracted from receiving call information with a real time calling attempt list. CONSTITUTION: A calling state managing server(170) stores a list of a terminal in a current calling attempt state. A calling state integration managing server(180) queries a calling attempt state of an originating terminal through the calling state managing server. A calling controlling server(190) determines whether to change an originating number according to a query result. The calling controlling server controls a receiving call.
