PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using sacred lotus seeds, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the bad smell of fermented soybeans using sacred lotus seed powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food using sacred lotus seeds comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of fermented soybean powder by weight, and 5-15 parts of sacred lotus seed powder by weight; and molding the mixture into a form selected from beverage, granules, pills, tablets, powder, pills, or capsules.
