PURPOSE: A MPDS worm wheel is provided to reduce manufacturing processes and prevent the separation and the slip of a gear part, a plastic hub, and a steel boss. CONSTITUTION: A MPDS worm wheel comprises a boss, a gear part(200), and a plastic hub. The boss is made of hollow pipe shaped steel material. The plastic hub is formed by using resin material. An expansion portion(210) is formed in the inner surface of the gear part to expand the surface contacted with the plastic hub. A plurality of inward projections(223) is formed in the inner surface of the gear part contacted with the expansion portion to prevent the separation of the plastic hub.
