PURPOSE: A quantitative detection method of biomass is provided to concurrently and effectively detect multifariousness or multiple target biomasses. CONSTITUTION: A quantitative detection method of biomass comprises the following steps: fixing a first captor, which specifically unites with biomass for analyzing, on a plastic substrate of well type; uniting the first captor with the biomass by applying samples which include the biomass for analyzing; noting the biomass with nano-particles combined with a second captor; growing the nano-particles by applying a solution including metal ion on a plastic substrate; and measuring the amount of transmitted light by irradiating light on the plastic substrate. The first and second captors are respectively antigen, antibody, DNA, RNA, PPNA, hapten, aptamer, avidin, biotin, ligand, amino acid, bromatotoxin or hormone.
